由国内贸易部生化制药管理办公室组织召开的“全国生化制药行业管理工作座谈会”于1996年11月8日在昆明举行。参加会议的有来自全国12个省、市的行业管理工作人员及部分专家和企业代表,国内贸易部综合计划司、科技质量局和全国生化制药情报中心站的同志出席了会议。 会议由国内贸易部生化制药管理办公室主任储士官同志主持,会议主要围绕现阶段我国生化制药行业管理工作及发展进行了讨论,主要意见如下: 一、会议希望国内贸易部进一步加强生化制药行业管理工作的力度。1994年以来各种矛盾日趋激化,希望内贸部能够高度重视生化制药行业,对各地的工作给予支持,并在国家药品管理工作中发挥更加重要的作用。 二、关于加强行业管理工作力量的问题。会议提出生化制药行业近几年发展十分迅速,行业队伍不断扩大,行业管理工作的力量也要进一步加强。要求在省一级设专门的机构,专人管理,把生化制药行业管理工作切实抓起来。特别在各地药品管理工作中,非常需要内贸系统有了解行业情况的人员参加,各地生化制药企业也非常需要有专门机构进行管理。
The “National Symposium on Management of Biochemical and Pharmaceutical Industry” organized by the Biochemical Pharmaceutical Administration Office of the Ministry of Domestic Trade was held in Kunming on November 8, 1996.
