The latest issue of the “Economic Herald” published an article that China still has seven major industries to be developed. The article said the seven major industries “big money earn ”. The article proposes seven major industries are: marine emerging industries, garbage industry, leisure industry, pension industry, sports industry, agricultural science and technology industry and ancillary industries. Article reported that in the emerging marine industries, China has proven reserves of 1.7 billion tons of offshore oil, accounting for only 25.5 billion tons of total reserves of less than 7%
