绿色发展是我国“十三五”期间五大发展理念之一,建筑行业要积极贯彻中央的决定,实现建筑的绿色发展。2014年,住房和城乡建设部、工信部联合出台的《绿色建材评价标识管理办法》明确提出,由两部门共同负责全国绿色建材评价标识监督管理,并指导全国各地开展评价标识工作。2016年是全面启动、推进绿色建材评价标识工作的关键年,落实《绿色建筑行动方案》《绿色建材评价标识管理办法》《促进绿色建材生产和应用行动方案》和《绿色建材评价标识管理办法实施细则》有关要求,需要全行业运筹帷幄,真抓实干。
Green development is one of the five major development concepts in our country during the “13th Five-Year Plan”. The construction industry should actively implement the decision of the Central Government and realize the green development of the building. In 2014, the Measures for the Administration of Appraisal and Labeling of Green Building Materials jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology explicitly proposed that the two departments jointly take charge of the supervision and administration of the appraisal marks of the national green building materials and shall guide the appraisal and labeling work across the country. 2016 marks the key year for comprehensively initiating and promoting the evaluation of green building materials. The implementation of the Green Building Action Plan, the Measures for the Administration of Green Building Materials Evaluation Marks, the Measures for Promoting Production and Application of Green Building Materials and the Measures for the Administration of Green Building Materials Evaluation Marks Rules, "the relevant requirements, the entire industry need to strategize, really hard work.
