油气管道设计、施工以及运营管理过程中经常遇到同架空电力及通信线路或埋地线缆并行及交叉的情况,根据中国油气管道设计、施工、安全运营管理密切相关的法律法规和技术标准规范的要求,对不同法律及规范对埋地油气管道与电力及通信线并行或交叉敷设等安全间距的要求进行了对比分析,结果表明:对输电线路及通信线路同油气管道安全间距要求因针对性不同而导致具体要求并不相同,需要设计及施工人员综合考虑油气管道实际情况设定有效间距。以某长输管道线路设计及施工中安全间距的设置为例,针对相关法规及标准的规定提出了改进建议,可为油气管道的设计和施工提供参考。
