针对输气管道压气站中压缩机组开机方案的优化问题,建立了混合整数非线性规划模型,并提出了两种求解方法。其一是通过对目标函数进行分段线性插值和约束条件进行线性化处理,将该模型转化为混合整数线性规划问题,然后用MILP求解器求解。其二是将该模型转化为多阶段决策问题,用动态规划法求解。应用算例表明:两种方法均具有较好的效果,动态规划法在压气站配置的压缩机组台数较少时速度更快,但其计算量随机组台数增加近似呈指数关系增加。研究结果可以为压缩机组型号不同的压气站制定开机方案提供指导。
Aimed at the optimization of the startup scheme of compressor sets in gas pipeline compressor stations, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is established and two solutions are proposed. One is to linearize the objective function by piecewise linear interpolation and constraints. The model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming problem and then solved with a MILP solver. The other is to transform the model into multi-stage decision-making problem and solve it with dynamic programming. The application examples show that the two methods have better effect. The dynamic programming method is faster when the number of compressors arranged in the compressor station is small, but the computational cost increases exponentially with the increase of the number of compressors. The results of this study can provide guidance for developing compressor schemes for different compressor stations.
