消银片为生地、红花、丹皮、防风、当归、双花、荆芥、苦参,白鲜皮、蝉蜕、大青叶、牛蒡子等十二味中药组成,加工制成60％乙醇浸膏和片剂。经中国中医研究院广安门医院皮肤科、哈尔滨医科大学附属第一、二医院皮肤科、哈尔滨第四医院皮肤科,黑龙江大庆市第一医院皮肤科治疗银屑病近200余例,疗效显著。临床治愈率为47.6％;好转率为35.7％;无效率为16.7％;总有效率为83.3％,平均治愈天数为54.5天。本文探讨消银片其抗变态反应作用原理。
