笔者把治疗痰饮病的63个方剂用之于临床,通过对资料完整的200例(总有效率达83.9％)的统计,筛选出其中有效率较高,运用诊次大于11以上的十个方剂进行了初步分析,以探求中医治疗痰饮病方药的基本规律。筛选后方药统计补肺汤(《永类铃方》)加减:党参12克黄芪12克五昧子 9克紫苑9克冬花9克法夏9克桔红9克茯苓12克百合9克甘草6克(总有效率为83.4％)。
The author used 63 prescriptions for the treatment of euphoria and used it in the clinic. Through the statistics of 200 complete data (83.9% of total effective rate), 10 of them were selected with high efficiency. A preliminary analysis of the formula was conducted to explore the basic rules of TCM treatment of sips. After the screening of statistical medicine Bufei Tang (“Yong Xiang Ling Fang”) addition and subtraction: Codonopsis 12 g Astragalus 12 g Scorpion 9 g Aster 9 g Fly 9 g Faxia 9 g Orange 9 g 12 g Lily 9 g 6 grams of licorice (the total effective rate was 83.4%).
