本文介绍了获得非晶态镍磷化学镀层的试验方法,开通过分析镀层的晶化过程,得出了镀层显微硬度是随晶化温度的变化而变化的试验结果;对其耐磨性能的研究也表明,它与镀层显微硬度的变化是同步的,且均受制于镀层的晶化过程及所形成的组织。
In this paper, the experimental method for obtaining amorphous Ni-P electroless plating was introduced, and the crystallization process of the coating was analyzed. The results show that the microhardness of the coating changes with the crystallization temperature. For the wear resistance The study also shows that it changes in synchronism with the change in microhardness of the coating and is subject to the crystallization of the coating and the resulting microstructure.
