1.病例介绍 患者万某,女13岁,头痛,2月伴不规则发热,体温高达38.5℃。抗感染治疗效果欠佳。即往有先心病手术史。查体:双侧视乳头水肿明显,双肺未见异常,胸透(-)。2.方法 GE8800扫描机,自OM线向上,普通扫描,层厚、层距均为10mm,后60％泛影葡胺100ml,经肱静脉加压团注增强扫描。3.结果 普通扫描:左小脑半球,左颞叶及右额叶多发水肿性低密度灶,未见明显瘤体,第三脑室,双侧颞角扩大,第四脑室受压。
1. Case presentation Wan million patients, 13-year-old female, headache, with irregular fever in February, body temperature up to 38.5 ℃. Anti-infection treatment ineffective. That is to have a congenital heart surgery history. Examination: bilateral papilledema obvious, no abnormal lungs, chest (-). 2. Methods GE8800 scanner, up from the OM line, ordinary scanning, layer thickness, layer spacing are 10mm, 60% diatrizoate 100ml, the bolus by the brachial vein enhanced scanning. 3. Results of ordinary scanning: left cerebellar hemisphere, left temporal lobe and right frontal lobe multiple edema low density lesions, no obvious tumor, the third ventricle, bilateral temporal angle enlargement, compression of the fourth ventricle.
