在对我国建筑结构设计规范进行历史发展分析和与国外同类规范比较的基础上,本文着重论证了下述两个问题:①在正常设计、正常施工、正常使用条件下,我国建筑结构不仅可以安全使用,而且有较好的抗风险能力;②我国建筑结构设计规范中与结构可靠性( 度) 有关的主要参数和构造措施,在某些情况下可能比国外同类规范偏低,在另一些情况下又可能偏高。最后,对调整我国建筑结构设计规范可靠性的内容和方法提出了建议,冀能引起工程界的重视。
