2004年11月20日至21日,中国收藏家协会组织承办的第四届全国民间收藏文化高层论坛在北京举行。本刊特派记者驻会进行全程采访,专题报道此次盛会。本次论坛是2001年以来,在上海、广州、西安分别召开的前三届“全国民间收藏文化研讨会暨全国收藏组织秘书长联谊会”基础上,定名为“第四届全国民间收藏文化高层论坛”。参加论坛者大都是全国收藏组织的负责人及国内外知名的专家或收藏家。会议分为三个小组进行讨论,据中国收藏家协会副会长兼秘书长杜耀西介绍,本次高层论坛论文及演讲观点明确,论述丰富精彩。1.充分反映了中国民间收藏文化源远流长,博大精深;2.反映了收藏文化在我国历史发展进程中有着重要的地位和作用;3.反映了我国民间收藏文化的现状与良好发展趋势,我国当今出现的“收藏热”是太平盛世的重要标志,是群众文化素质日益提高的必然;4.指出了目前收藏活动中的一些问题、不足和对策。杜会长认为,我国民间收藏文化事业和全国民间收藏组织面临着千载难逢的发展机遇,我国的民间收藏事业大有可为,大有作为。这次高层论坛必将进一步促进我国民间收藏文化事业的新发展。
From November 20 to November 21, 2004, the 4th National Folk Culture Forum hosted by the Chinese Collectors’ Association was held in Beijing. Fully reflects the long history of Chinese folk collection culture, broad and profound; 2. Reflects the collection culture in the historical development of our country has an important position and role; 3. Reflects the status quo and good development trend of folk culture in our country, our country now appears Is a necessary symbol of the increasing cultural quality of the masses; 4. Points out some problems, deficiencies and countermeasures in the current collection activities. President Du believes that the non-governmental collection culture in our country and the non-governmental collection organizations in the country are facing unprecedented opportunities for development. Our non-governmental collection undertaking has done a great job and has done a great job. The high-level forum will surely further promote the new development of the non-governmental collectible cultural undertaking in our country.
