作者对10例慢性良性特发性中性粒细胞减少症患者的骨髓中性粒细胞进行了定量研究,这些患者无其它异常及严重感染。10例均为白人,平均龄49岁,最小5岁,最大79岁。外周血中性粒细胞60～1970/mm~3。9例血小板数在15～40万之间,1例为13.9万,9例血红蛋白在正常范围,1例轻度贫血,中性粒细胞减少时限为17个月～13年。诊断前中性粒细胞计数4例正常,其余6例无记载。结果:9例血浆铁水平在正常范围,1例骨髓可见贮藏铁但血浆铁低于正常,该例运铁蛋白减低,符合于鼻窦炎对内铁交换的影响。2例红系铁转换率和幼红细胞低于正常,1例轻度增高,骨髓中性粒细胞定量结果为下述三种髓象;2例早幼粒细胞和中幼粒细
The authors conducted a quantitative study of bone marrow neutrophils in 10 patients with chronic benign idiopathic neutropenia who had no other abnormalities and severe infections. 10 cases were white, average age 49 years old, minimum 5 years old, maximum 79 years old.
