宪法的真正要义在于宪法的至高无上。在将依法治国纳入国家战略发展之一的当今社会,树立宪法权威,加强宪法信仰对建设社会主义法治国家意义重大。这就要求人们树立宪法至尊的观念。真正让绝大多数人自发的去维护宪法的权威,只有如此,宪法权威才会得到体现。而宪法制定过程的严格和修改程序的复杂只在表象中体现了宪法的部分权威。宪法权威在国家中最终树立需要绝大多数国民在内心和实际行动的拥护。
The real meaning of the constitution lies in the supremacy of the constitution. In today’s society that will rule the country by law into one of the strategic development of the country, it is of great significance to establish constitutional authority and strengthen the constitutional belief in building a socialist country under the rule of law. This requires people to establish the supreme constitutional concept. Truly the vast majority of people spontaneously to safeguard the constitutional authority, the only way that constitutional authority will be reflected. The rigorous process of constitutional development and the complexity of the revision procedure only reflect part of the constitutional authority in the image. The ultimate constitutional authority in the country has championed the solidarity and de facto initiative of the overwhelming majority of its nationals.
