采用“虚拟”凝固层的概念,通过对沉积坯内凝固过程的温度分布、凝固时间、虚拟凝固层厚度等参数的理论分析,建立了相应的理论模型,并求得了这些参数的数值解.
Based on the concept of “virtual” solidified layer, the theoretical model was established by theoretical analysis of parameters such as temperature distribution, solidification time and the thickness of virtual solidified layer in the solidification process. The numerical solutions of these parameters were obtained.
