实验研究了作为发泡剂的空心微珠经表面处理后对改善与铝液的润湿性,提高发泡铝合金空隙率和空隙均匀度的作用。实验结果表明:与未经表面处理相比,经表面处理的空心微珠容易在铝液中弥散分布,且发泡时间延长。发泡工艺更便于控制。空隙大小及分布的均匀性改善。空隙率由60%提高到68%(经碳酸钠浸泡活化处理)和72%(经表面镀镍)
The effects of hollow microspheres as foaming agent on the wettability of molten aluminum and the porosity and void uniformity of foamed aluminum alloy were investigated experimentally. The experimental results show that, compared with the non-surface treatment, the surface-treated hollow beads are easily dispersed in the aluminum liquid and the foaming time is prolonged. Foaming process easier to control. The uniformity of void size and distribution improves. The porosity increased from 60% to 68% (activated by sodium carbonate soak) and 72% (surface-plated with nickel)
