高职院校校内外生产性实训基地建设对培养高素质技能型人才、服务经济建设和社会发展具有重要意义。实训基地是高职教育内涵建设的重要内容之一,是学生学习技能的主课堂,是教师施展才能和得到锻炼的主阵地,是学院服务行业社会的主渠道。加强校内外生产性实训基地建设,是高职工学结合发展的新要求。
The construction of practical training bases both inside and outside schools in higher vocational colleges is of great significance to cultivating high-quality skilled personnel, serving the economic construction and social development. The training base is one of the important contents of the connotation construction of higher vocational education. It is the main classroom of students’ learning skills, the main front for teachers to exert their talents and get training, and is the main channel of the college service industry society. Strengthening the construction of productive training bases both inside and outside the school is a new requirement for the combination of work and study in higher vocational education.
