侏罗系是我省主要含煤地层,它形成了具有重要经济价值的东部和西部煤田。含煤地层多分布于丘陵山区地带,平原区及水体下也有分布。由于地质和水文地质条件较好的煤层大部已处于开采中期和末期,致使许多生产井和基建井目前都要向平原区、河川沟谷区等水文地质条件较复杂的地带过渡,并要开发水体下煤层。本文就是针对这一情况,根据我省主要生产矿井长期水文地质观测成果,参考各矿区水文地质勘探报告提供的资料以及生产矿井多年开采实践验证结果,试谈黑龙江省侏罗系煤田充水特征,并在此基础上对水体下煤层开采方法做些探讨,不妥处望指正。
