我们于1972年7月对某单位进行了妇科病普查,对已婚女同志进行了宫颈刮片做细胞学的检查,并对其中有宫颈糜烂刮片未见癌细胞者38例,予以中西医两法配合治疗,取得了较好效果。现初步小结如下: 一、病例分析:子宫颈糜烂面直径在1厘米以内者为Ⅰ°,2厘米以内者为Ⅱ°,2厘米以上者为Ⅲ°。本组Ⅰ°24例,Ⅱ°10例,Ⅲ°4例。二、治疗方法:扩阴器暴露宫颈后,用棉球擦去宫颈分泌物,棉签蘸5%重铬酸钾少许涂布宫颈糜烂
