本文利用西藏自治区1985年春青稞区域试验中9个品种(系)在9个试点的资料,对产量构成因素的遗传相关和通径系数进行了分析。遗传相关分析表明:每穗粒数和千粒重与亩产量的遗传正相关呈极显著,亩有效穗数与每穗粒数及亩产量呈负相关极显著,千粒重与亩有效穗数呈负相关显著。千粒重与穗粒数呈负相关极显著。对遗传相关系数进一步进行通径系数分析表明:每穗粒数和千粒重对亩产量的直接贡献力较大正值,而亩有效穗数对亩产量的直接贡献为较小正值。其它间接作用都是负值。根据相关和通径系数分析,在现在的产量潜力(亩产500-600斤)基础上,对春青稞品种进行系统选择以提高亩产量,似乎应在保持一定(17—18万/亩)亩有效成穗数的前提下,主攻穗粒数和千粒重并使二者协调发展,才能达到预期之目的。
In this paper, 9 pilot cultivars (lines) from 9 pilot plots in the spring Qingqing area of the Tibet Autonomous Region were used to analyze the genetic correlation and path coefficient of yield components. Genetic correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between grain number per spike and grain weight per mu, and there was a significant negative correlation between the effective panicle per acre and the grain yield per mu and the yield per mu. There was a significant negative correlation between 1000-grain weight and the effective panicle per acre . Thousand grain weight and grains per spike was significantly negative correlation. Further analysis of the genetic correlation coefficients showed that the direct contribution of grains per panicle and 1000-grain weight to the yield per mu was positive, whereas the direct contribution of mu-panicles to the yield per mu was a small positive value. Other indirect effects are negative. Based on the correlation and path coefficient analysis, based on the current yield potential (500-600 kg per mu), systematic selection of spring blueberry varieties to increase mu production seems to be possible with a certain (17-18 million mu) mu The number of effective spike under the premise of the main spike grain weight and grain weight and the two coordinated development in order to achieve the desired purpose.
