伴随我国经济制度改革的深入与经济体量的不断增大,资本市场实现了较好的发展,上市公司的规模不断增大,很多上市公司开始通过定向增发进行融资。运用定向增发不仅能够帮助上市公司获得资金,并且有助于企业完善公司治理结构。本文主要对资产注入的整体经济效应进行分析,并且得出该种定增方式有助于企业经营业绩提升的结论,然后论述了影响资产注入效应的因素。
With the deepening of China’s economic reform and the ever-increasing number of economies, the capital market has achieved a good development. The size of listed companies has been constantly increasing, and many listed companies have started to raise funds through private placement. The use of private placement can not only help listed companies get funding, but also help companies improve corporate governance structure. This paper mainly analyzes the overall economic effects of asset injection, and concludes that this method of incremental increase helps to improve business performance, and then discusses the factors that affect the asset injection effect.
