我矿近几年对五坑直径2.5米和七坑直径3米天轮进行了修理,一般吊装和修理一组天轮须32小时左右,现将天轮的起吊作一介绍。天轮的起吊方法(如附图),采用本身提升机作起吊绞车(12),在提升机房外安装一台五吨手摇绞车(11)作为牵引天轮。起吊准备工作:将修理天轮边的罐笼(2)提至井口打好挡(3)落位,启动提升机拉出卷筒上的主绳(10),长度大于卷筒至天轮中心二倍左右的距离,放在地面;另外安装一根起重用的钢丝绳(8),用绳卡固定在机房内卷筒
