工匠精神所包含的敬业精神、创新精神和创造精神,在中职德育课程教学内容中都有体现。德育课是培养中职生工匠精神的主阵地,在中职德育课程的教学改革中应该把工匠精神的培养融合到学校德育课程教育中,明确中职教育的人才培养目标,让学生从德育课教育中潜移默化地培养精益求精的工匠精神,为未来职业生涯奠定基础。
