检察机关的统计资料显示:公款行贿在司法机关立案查处的经济案件中呈直线上升趋势,而公款行贿所涉及的范围之广,金额之巨,亦已达到了令人惊叹的程度。或为讨好上司,用公款作人情;或为升官保位,用公款行贿;或争功邀奖,用公款买风光;或为资金为项目,用公款通关节。公款行贿已成为目前党政机关和企事业单位经济犯罪的一个十分突出的问题。公款行贿,危害极大公款行贿是一种深层次的腐败行为。由于在行贿和受贿的过程中,完全是单独交往,封闭运行,有其极大的隐蔽性,因此而产生的危害性也非常大。
