2009年6月,《小康》杂志联合新浪网,会同有关专家及机构,对我国“居住小康”进行了调查,其中网络调查参加的总人数累计达7865人。经对调查结果进行加权处理,并参照国家有关部门的监测数据和大量社会信息,得出中国居住小康指数为67.2分,比上一年度的65分提高2.2分。其中:居住面积指数为75.5,比上年增加1.2分;住宅建筑质量指数为64.3,比上年增加2.9分;住宅配套及环境指数为65.6,比上年增加3.0分;社区关系指数为80.5,比上年增加1.1分;物业服务指数为52.3,比上年增加2.8分。
In June 2009, “Well-off” magazine jointly with Sina.com, in conjunction with relevant experts and agencies, conducted a survey on China’s “well-off living ”, in which the total number of network survey participants totaled 7,865. After weighting the survey results and referring to the monitoring data and a large amount of social information of the relevant state departments, it is concluded that China’s living well-being index is 67.2 points, 2.2 points higher than the 65 points of the previous year. Among them, the residential area index was 75.5, an increase of 1.2 points as compared with that of the previous year; the index of residential building quality was 64.3, an increase of 2.9 points as compared with the previous year; that of residential facilities and the environment was 65.6, up 3.0 points over the previous year; and the community-based index was 80.5, An increase of 1.1 points over the previous year. The Property Services Index was 52.3, an increase of 2.8 points over the previous year.
