我国高等职业教育的快速增长带来了适应能力下降的负面效应,产生这一负面效应的深层次原因是结构与数量之间的失调。因此,在我国高等教育从规模扩张到内涵发展的转折时期,有必要对结构进行适应性调整。
The rapid growth of higher vocational education in our country brings the negative effect of the decrease of adaptability. The deep reason of this negative effect is the imbalance between the structure and quantity. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the structure adaptively during the turning point of our country’s higher education from the scale expansion to the connotation development.
