采用浸渍法测定上海地区斜纹夜蛾(ProdenialituraFabricius)对拟除虫菊酯(1979~1994年试验)和有机磷(1982~1994年试验)的抗性,结果表明斜纹夜蛾(TAM)对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯的抗性分别为43.9,90.5和171.9倍;对敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷的抗性分别为29.7和33.6倍。解毒酶抑制剂增效醚(Ph)、磷酸三苯酯(Tpp)的活体测定结果表明,斜纹夜蛾的抗药性与多功能氧化酶(MFO)和酯酶(Est)有关。对拟除虫菊酯、有机磷产生抗性的斜纹夜蛾,对昆虫几丁质合成抑制剂(IGRs)不表现交互抗性。抑太保、卡死克、锐劲特、AC303630、宝路、拉维因、多虫清等是目前防治斜纹夜蛾的良好药剂。
The dipping method was used to determine the resistance of pyrethroids (1979-1994 test) and organophosphate (1982-1994 test) to Prodenialitura Fabricius in Shanghai. The results showed that the resistance of Prodenialitura Fabricius to cypermethrin, The resistance of pyrethrum and fenvalerate were 43.9, 90.5 and 171.9 times, respectively. The resistance to dichlorvos and acephate was 29.7 and 33.6 times, respectively. The results of in vivo assay of detoxification enzyme inhibitors (PH) and triphenylphosphate (Tpp) showed that the resistance of Spodoptera litura was related to multifunctional oxidase (MFO) and esterase (Est). Spodoptera litura that are resistant to pyrethroid and organophosphate do not exhibit cross-resistance to insect chitin synthesis inhibitors (IGRs). Anti-CPIC, stuck card, sharp sharp special, AC303630, Po Road, Ravine, multi-worm clear is the current control of Spodoptera litura good medicine.
