由于农村经济地理环境的影响,农村幼儿同伴交往能力的培养存在一些问题。主要表现在同伴交往自我中心意识强、明显的攻击性行为、交往中语言贫乏等方面;影响农村幼儿同伴交往能力培养的主要因素是农村幼儿家庭与幼儿教师及幼儿自身特征;因此,幼儿园与家长应改变教养态度与教养方式、根据幼儿身心发展特点、创设良好的人际交往环境与物资环境、帮助农村幼儿建立友好的同伴交往关系,培养良好的同伴交往能力,让每个孩子健康、快乐的成长。
