通过22例手术治疗脑瘤型脑血吸虫病患者的资料回顾,发现脑型血吸虫肉芽肿在 CT 片上有结节边界不规则、不光滑、水肿带宽的特点,可与脑转移瘤鉴别。对手术所见进行了描述并与 CT 影象相比较。同时对临床诊断和治疗进行了分析,认为脑型血吸虫病无论手术与否,均应重视抗血吸虫的药物治疗。
By reviewing the data of 22 cases of patients with brain tumor of cerebral schistosomiasis, we found that the brain schistosomal granuloma is characterized by irregular, smooth and edematous nodules on CT slices, which can be distinguished from brain metastases. Surgical findings were described and compared with CT images. At the same time the clinical diagnosis and treatment were analyzed, that the brain schistosomiasis regardless of surgery or not, should pay attention to anti-schistosome drug treatment.
