党的十四大确定我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,这是一场深刻的社会变革,对我国经济发展和社会进步将起到极大的促进作用,对社会各方面包括我国成人教育事业将产生深远的影响。 党的十四大以来,我国成人教育围绕市场经济进行了一系列的改革尝试,力求以全新的方法,挣脱现行体制的束缚,探索出一条按照市场经济和教育自身现律发展壮大的道路。但是,由于目前成人教育改革尚处于起步发展阶段,尤其是在建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制过程中,成人教育改革要从根本上取得实效,其难度还比较大。随着社会主义市场经济体制的巩固与发展,成人教育面临着一系列具有普遍意义、值得思考的问题,需要我们进行认真研究探讨。
The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has set its goal of establishing a socialist market economic system by reforming its economic system. This is a profound social change that will greatly promote the economic development and social progress of our country. China’s adult education will have a profound impact. Since the 14th CPC National Congress, China’s adult education has carried out a series of attempts to reform the market economy. It has tried its best to break free from the shackles of the existing system and explore a path that will grow and develop in accordance with the market economy and education itself. However, since the reform of adult education is still in its infancy, especially in the process of establishing and improving the socialist market economic system, the reform of adult education needs to be fundamentally effective and it is still more difficult. With the consolidation and development of the socialist market economic system, adult education faces a series of issues of universal significance and worth considering. It requires our careful study and discussion.
