针对机械传动系统变速箱中档位变换对可靠性影响难以准确量化的问题,引入Copula理论,建立了档位之间可靠性模型,确立了行程、相关参数及可靠度之间的关系。将该模型应用于某自行火炮传动系统变速箱中某两档位之间进行验证,经过与实际情况的比较,得出该模型能够为复杂的传动系统寿命及可靠性预测提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately quantify the effect of gear shift in gearbox of mechanical transmission system, Copula theory is introduced to establish the reliability model between gears and to establish the relationship between stroke, related parameters and reliability. The model was applied to a gear position of a self-propelled artillery gearbox to verify between two gears. After comparison with the actual situation, it was concluded that the model can provide a reference for the life prediction and reliability prediction of a complex transmission system.
