《九年义务教育全日制小学数学教学大纲(试用修订版)》中的“教学目的”的第(2)点为:“使学生具有进行整数、小数、分数四则计算的能力,培养初步的思维能力和空间观念,能够探索和解决简单的实际问题。”在“教学中应该注意的几个问题”的第2个问题中又指出:“小学数学教学要使学生既长知识,又长智慧。在加强基础知识教学的同时,要把发展智力和培养能力贯穿在各年级教学的始终。”由此可见,培养小学生的数学能力是小学数学教学的重要任务,也是深化小学数学教学改革,实施素质教育的一个重要研究课题。因此,学写“能力培养”类的教研文章,不断总结经验教训,提高素质教育质量就显得十分必要。不过对于初学写作的青年教师来说,写这类文章的难度稍大些,但并非高不可攀,只要能把握写作内容、方法及写作的要点,那么,“能力培养”类的文章一定会写好。下面我结合自己的写作实践,谈谈撰写这类文章的一些体会。

Therefore, it is very necessary to learn the teaching and research articles in the category of “ability training”, summarize the experience and lessons, and improve the quality of quality education. However, for young teachers who are willing to begin writing, it is a little harder to write such articles, but it is not beyond the reach of anything. As long as they can grasp the essentials of writing, methods and writing, then articles on “ability-building” it is good. Below I combine my own writing practice, talk about writing some of these experiences.
