从甘草中提取的有效成分甘草酸与锌结合而成的化合物——甘草锌,具有促进消化道上皮细胞再生,抗溃疡等作用。为了证明甘草锌是否对胃粘膜上皮细胞有保护作用,并促使胃粘膜分泌前列腺素(PG),我们进行了本项工作。材料动物:用 Wistar 种大白鼠,由本院动物室提供,体重200～250g,雄性,单笼分养,实验前24h 禁食,12h 禁水。药品:甘草锌系新疆制药厂提供,批号:851203。临用时配成0.5%、1%、2%、4%浓度的水悬剂,2%甘草锌 pH 为5.2。消炎痛:上海黄海制药厂产,批号:870301-3。
The compound, glycyrrhizic acid and zinc, which is an active ingredient extracted from licorice, is known as glycyrrhizic zinc, and it has the functions of promoting the regeneration of digestive tract epithelial cells and resisting ulcers. In order to prove whether licorice zinc has a protective effect on gastric epithelial cells and to promote gastric mucosal secretion of prostaglandins (PG), we carried out this work. Materials Animals: Wistar rats were used, provided by our animal room, weighing 200-250g, male, single cage, 48h before the experiment, fasting, 12h water-free. Drugs: Zinc licorice is supplied from Xinjiang Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number: 851203. When used immediately, it was formulated with 0.5%, 1%, 2%, and 4% concentrations of aqueous suspension. The pH of 2% licorice zinc was 5.2. Indomethacin: Shanghai Huanghai Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number: 870301-3.
