以民营企业薪酬管理为背景,对薪酬管理的现状、存在问题进行了分析,提出了符合民营企业发展战略和企业文化的富有激励性的薪酬管理制度优化设计方案。
Based on the background of salary management of private enterprises, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of salary management, and puts forward an incentive plan for optimizing the compensation management system in line with the development strategy and corporate culture of private enterprises.
