我国国有企业的重点工作,是积极加快国有企业党建和企业文化创新建设,科学辩证的处理好两者之间的关系,发挥出共生效应。但是我国的一些国有企业中,企业的党建和文化建设中还存在着一些不足,需要采取相应的措施进行有效的加强,这对于企业的发展具有着重要的意义。因此,本文将从国有企业党建工作和企业文化创新方面入手,从而对两者的共生效应进行分析,以供参考。
The key work of state-owned enterprises in our country is to actively accelerate the party building in state-owned enterprises and the building of an enterprise culture, handle the relationship between the two in a scientific and dialectical way, and exert symbiotic effects.
