目的探讨药师对抗菌药物合理使用的干预效果。方法选取2016年1月至12月期间实施药师干预后有完整病历资料的门诊和住院患者200例作为干预组,选取2015年1月至12月期间未实施药师干预有完整病历资料的门诊和住院患者200例作为对照组。对比分析两组患者的抗菌药物使用情况。结果干预组患者的抗菌药物使用率58.0%,显著低于对照组患者的71.5%,P<0.05;干预组患者的抗菌药合理使用率为64.7%,明显高于对照组患者的16.1%,P<0.05。干预组和对照组患者的抗菌药物二联使用率相当,组间比较差异不具有统计学意义P>0.05;干预组患者抗菌药物单一使用率显著高于对照组患者P<0.05;三联及以上用药使用率显著低于对照组患者,P<0.05。干预组患者的口服制剂用药率显著高于对照组P<0.05;注射剂使用率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在抗菌药物的使用过程中引入药师干预机制,能够显著降低抗菌药物滥用现象,并促使抗菌药物的使用更加合理化,对于提高临床抗菌药物的合理应用水平具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate pharmacists’ rational use of antibacterials for intervention. Methods A total of 200 outpatients and inpatients with complete medical records after the implementation of pharmacist intervention from January to December 2016 were selected as the intervention group. The outpatients and inpatients with complete medical record without pharmacist intervention were selected from January to December in 2015. 200 patients as a control group. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with antimicrobial use. Results The antibacterial drug use rate in the intervention group was 58.0%, significantly lower than that in the control group (71.5%, P <0.05). The rational use rate of antibacterials in the intervention group was 64.7%, significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), P <0.05. The use rate of antibacterials in intervention group and control group was comparable, with no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05). The single use rate of antibacterials in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) The usage rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, P <0.05. The dosage of oral preparation in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The injection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The introduction of pharmacist intervention mechanism during the use of antimicrobial agents can significantly reduce the phenomenon of antimicrobial abuse and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. It is of great significance to improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
