统一战线的结构和功能是辩证统一的关系,统一战线的结构是统一战线功能的基础,决定着统一战线功能的发挥,同时统一战线的功能发挥又会反作用于统一战线的结构,统一战线的构成要素及要素间的结构不同都会带来其功能的不同。全球化下,我国统一战线的结构发生变化,它对统一战线的纵向功能产生了巨大冲击,即政治参与功能,政治整合功能,政治监督功能。
