随着我国电力工业的逐步发展,大容量机组日益成为电网的主力机组。在过去的数年中300MW机组是我国电力建设主力机组,随着电网的增大,2000年后,600MW机组逐步成为我们电力建设的主力机组。目前世界上600MW机组就压力参数而言有亚临界和超临界两种参数形式;采用的水循环主要有自然循环、控制循环和复合式循环。超临界机组热耗低、经济性好,但投资比亚临界机组略高,而亚临界机组在设计制造技术已经成熟,且有一定的运行。维护经验。两者都有一定的市场。华能伊敏煤电有限责任公司三期工程2×600MW超临界锅炉为一次中间再热、超临界压力、变压运行、带内置式再循环泵启动系统的直流锅炉,单炉膛、平衡通风、固态排渣、全钢架、全悬吊结构、π型、紧身封闭布置。锅炉配置8只直流式褐煤燃烧器,为八角布置、切圆燃烧方式,设计煤种为伊敏褐煤。在主燃烧器区上方7.5m处,布置8只SOFA燃烧器,以实现分级燃烧降低NOX排放。采用风扇磨直吹式制粉系统,配8台沈重MB3600/1000/490风扇磨煤机。本文针对锅炉本体过热器安装进行阐述,希望能对同类型机组过热器安装时有所帮助。
