钱江新城是指东至钱塘江,南至复兴地区,西至秋涛路,北至钱江二桥、艮山西路一带的区域,规划面积约15.8平方公里,分两期开发,其中一期为钱江新城的核心区块,从钱江三桥下游(清江路)至运河出江口一带,由秋涛路、庆春路、之江路、清江路围合而成,占地4平方公里,规划总建筑面积约650万平方米,是杭州未来的中央商务区(CBD)。
