单纯疱疹俗称热疮,是由病毒感染引起的一种常见的急性炎性皮肤病。无论男女老幼都可发病,虽有多种治疗方法,但效果皆较差。我科于1982年采用0.3％硫酸锌溶液治疗面部复发性单纯疱疹60例,现将观察一年的随访结果总结如下: 一、临床资料:60例患者中男性23例,女性37例,病程最短两个月,最长为20年。二、治疗方法:取患部同样大小的双层纱布一块,用0.3％硫酸锌溶液浸湿或涂布,然后湿敷患处,每日2次。
