吉林省××县××公社自1964年6月中旬起至8月上旬止,先后发生高热病患者约有×××人。主要症状总计有:高热、寒冷感、全身酸疼、四肢无力、恶心呕吐、腹泻(也有便秘的),往往二——三日后腰疼难忍,尿闭、头疼剧烈、项强、球结膜充血、视力模糊、颜面潮红,身上无出血点或斑,有的例子有充血红疹。严重患者有喀血、呕血、尿血、便血的例子。住院患者未见有低血压、少尿、多尿等出血热固有的病程。
