1994年5月我告别了14年的军旅生涯转业到银州区计生委工作。到地方工作后,我深感自己知识匮乏,所掌握的一点知识,适应不了实际工作的需要。去年初,我怀着十分迫切的心情报名参加了刊授党校学习。说句心里话,我参加学习,不仅仅是为了文凭,更主要的就是想通过刊授党校的学习使自己学到更多知识,以此提高自己的理论水平和思想素养。由于白己认识比较明确,动机比较端正,所以我十分珍惜这次难得的学习机会。开学不久,学校让我担任班长工作。我当这个班班长,虽然“官”不大,但对这个班来说却很重要。我认为,班长不仅要把学校的各项活动及时准确地传达到每个学员,而且还要参与分校对学员的组织管理,还要了解和掌握学员学习的情况,并及时向班主任反馈,为班主任实施教学和管理提供决策信息。基于这种认识,在具体工作中,我
