刊授党校要继续巩固和发展,就要有新的办学思路。我认为,面对新的形势和新的任务,应充分发挥刊授党校的优势,调整办学思路,拓宽办学领域;继续深化教学改革,重点加强教材建设,使刊授党校事业在新形势下得到新的发展。第一,总结开办理论班的经验,继续办好短期培训班刊授党校创办之初是办短期理论培训班。那时,党的十二大刚刚闭幕,全党掀起了学习马克思主义基本理论的热潮,因此没有涉及到干部的学历教育问题。刊授党校开办理论班的目的是落实党的十二大提出普及马克思主义基本理论的任务,传播科学文化知识,提高基层党员和干部
