解决民生问题就是要使最大多数人民群众过上幸福的生活,经济法作为分配法,能对不同利益进行协调,有利于促进民生问题的解决,能够为人们幸福生活的实现提供制度保障。经济法在促进社会关系和谐、人与自然关系和谐,协调代内与代际之间的利益,促进转变经济增长方式等方面,为当代人和后代人的幸福创造条件。要通过经济法律制度促进人们生活方式的改变,从而鼓励人们减少对能源的消耗,并间接地促进生活环境的改善。
To solve the people’s livelihood issue is to make the most of the masses live a happy life. Economic law, as a distribution law, can coordinate different interests, promote the settlement of people’s livelihood problems, and provide institutional guarantees for the realization of a happy life for people. Economic laws create conditions for the happiness of present and future generations in promoting harmony in social relations, harmony between man and nature, coordinating the benefits between generations and generations and promoting the transformation of economic growth patterns. Through the economic and legal system to promote people’s lifestyle changes, thereby encouraging people to reduce energy consumption, and indirectly promote the improvement of living environment.
