本文简单介绍了半导体材料作为传感器功能材料进行研究的动向。从半导体材料的特点来看,它是目前传感器的主要功能材料之一。为了进一步发挥它的作用,在固体能带论的基础上,采用先进的实验方法,如分子束外延、MOCVD等方法制备超晶格半导体材料等新型传感器功能材料.金属材料和金属材料的相互结合.已导致了各种Ⅲ—V族化合物半导体材料(或绝缘材料),那么半导体材料和半导体材料(或绝缘体和绝缘体)的相互结合,也有可能成为金属材料或者高温超导材料。因此,当前研究半导体材料的研究动向是为了制备某种传感器.研究出具有相应功能的新型半导体材料.
This article briefly introduced the semiconductor material as a sensor of functional materials research trends.
