编辑同志:1992年9月,在江苏省邳州市聋哑学校发生一起校长摧残未成年聋哑学生而导致严重后果的事件,学校师生和家长群情激愤,要求司法机关全面澄清事实,给予严肃处理。但此事拖延了3个年头仍未得到公正的处理。1992年9月的一天,聋哑学校校长田志生丢失了200元钱。当他得知钱是被4名二年级学生拿走的时候,便开始了违反教育原则的行动。半个月内他多次非法搜查4名学生的衣袋和箱子,多次对他们拳脚相加。10月25日上午,他又把4名学生拉到办公室,没问几句,无情的拳脚又飞到12岁的杨自友同学脸上和胸前。残酷的殴打使孩子痛哭流涕。杨自友被打的当天,含泪逃出了学校,在回家的路上惨遭车祸,造成重伤多处,差点死亡。住院52天,八方资助1万多元,才挽救了这条可怜的生命。杨自友家长杨景玉为此数十次往返奔波于邳州市人民检察院、徐州市教委、江苏省教委,以求此事得到合理的解决。徐州市教委于 1993年3月17日派赵锡安等两位同志来邳州调查,认定了上述事实并形成书面材料,寄给省教委和邳州市教育局。
