E11等首次成功地用内镜逆行法激光碎石技术击碎并取出胆总管结石。方法所用的Nd∶YAG激光器波长1064nm,脉冲频率、能量及续时连续可调。导光纤维采用直径0.2mm的高韧性石英纤维。采用Olympus母子镜和常规JF-3,7,TJF-10及Pentax FD34H内镜。一般在内镜下行十二指肠乳头肌切开2~3天后进行。根据结石的位置选择直视或X线监视下两种操作方法,后者需使用特制的碎石网(外径3.2mm)或气囊导管(外径1.8mm)来保持导光纤维在胆管中心以免伤及胆管壁。
