信息产业是国际战略联盟形成和发展的最重要的领域,其联盟行为对于信息技术发展具有非常重要的作用。对于发展中国家来说,战略联盟的技术含量对于信息产业的发展是非常重要的。韩国的经验教训充分证明了这一点。十几年来,中国信息产业尽管取得了长足的进步,但与先进国家相比还存在较大差距,本文提出了中国信息产业战略联盟发展的主要思路。
The information industry is the most important area for the formation and development of international strategic alliances, and its alliance activities play a very important role in the development of information technology. For developing countries, the technical content of strategic alliances is very important for the development of the information industry. South Korea’s lessons have fully proved this point. Although China’s information industry has made great strides over the past decade or so, it still lags behind the advanced countries. This paper presents the main ideas for the development of China’s information industry strategic alliance.
