山东省莱阳动力机厂铸造车间,平均每天生产球墨铸铁件近20吨。历时三个多小时的炉前球化处理,造成铸造车间空气的严重污染。针对这种情况,该厂设计制造了一套球化处理时的排烟装置(见图)。投产使用情况良好。为了节约造价,该厂采用两座冲天炉共用一套排烟装置。装置中只采用了一台风机;抽气管路中采用了旋转轴承结构。球化处理结束
Laiyang, Shandong Province power plant casting shop, the average daily production of ductile iron pieces of nearly 20 tons. Spent more than three hours before the furnace ball processing, resulting in serious casting shop air pollution. In view of this situation, the factory designed and manufactured a set of exhaust gas treatment device (see photo). Put into operation in good condition. In order to save costs, the plant uses two sets of cupola shared a smoke exhaust device. Only one fan is used in the installation; the rotating bearing structure is adopted in the suction pipe.
