为解决缝纫机机架与底板等扁薄的长形铸件清理问题,我们两个单位在小机模拟试验的基础上,联合设计、制造了一台缝纫机机架与底板专用抛丸清理室。该清理室经半年多的投产使用证明,基本能满足使用要求。每班可清理机架3000多件;清理底板可达9000多件。用抛丸清理的方法,成功地清理缝纫机机架和底板等扁簿长形铸件(图1),而变形没有超出允许值,目前还未见有兄弟单位介绍此方面的经验。
In order to solve the problem of cleaning the flat and long flat castings such as the sewing machine frame and the bottom plate, the two units jointly design and manufacture a special shot blast cleaning room for the machine frame and the soleplate of the sewing machine based on the small machine simulation test. The cleaning room after more than six months put into operation proved that the basic to meet the requirements. Each class can clean the rack more than 3000 pieces; clean the floor up to more than 9000 pieces. With the method of shot blasting, we have successfully cleaned flat long castings such as the sewing machine frame and bottom plate (Figure 1) without any deformation exceeding the allowable values. So far, no experience has been shown from our brothers.
