反转问题是ECG研究中的前沿课题,研究心电教据采集噪声对反转心电的影响具有重要意义。心电数据采集噪声可分为两大类,一类被称为外部噪声,源于体表采集电极(其它脏器噪声也归入此类噪声);一类被称为内部噪声,由体表各心电采集点的不准确测量而引起。为了便于分析以上两类噪声的影响,采用位于球心的单偶极子模型。此模型虽然简单,但至今仍被采用,心电矢量即属此例。研究结果表明,外部噪声的影响是主要的,心电信噪比的提高存在着一个高效益区。本文结尾处,指出噪声对正确判断心脏生物电现象的影响。
The reversal problem is a frontier issue in ECG research. It is of great significance to study the influence of ECG noise collection on the reversal of ECG. ECG noise data collection can be divided into two categories, one is called external noise, from the body surface acquisition electrodes (other organs of the noise also fall into this category of noise); one is called the internal noise from the surface ECG acquisition point of the inaccurate measurement caused. In order to analyze the influence of the above two types of noise, a single dipole model located at the center of the sphere is used. Although this model is simple, but it is still used, ECG is the case. The results show that the impact of external noise is the main, there is a high efficiency area of ECG signal to noise ratio. At the end of this article, we point out the impact of noise on the correct assessment of cardiac bioelectricity.
